Clinic History
Furlong Dental & Associates started in 1965. Dr. Robert F Furlong spent fifty-four years serving the people of St. John’s and area. He retired in 2019. In 2001, Dr. Robert M Furlong began practicing alongside his father, and continues to practice today with his associates and staff. Dr. Robert M Furlong has many years devoted to the dental practice and to committee work as a long-time volunteer with the Newfoundland and Labrador Dental Association.

We do all regular fillings, root canals, and cosmetic dentistry.

We do all types of dentures: Implant retained, cast metal partials, acrylic partials and complete dentures.

We do Opalescence take home whitening; with impressions we can make you custom whitening trays.

We do crowns bridges on natural teeth and implants in a variety of materials from ceramics to gold.
